Questions
Is Tidybite really free?
Yes. All cookie and site-data cleaning is free, with unlimited kept sites and no time limit. Pro adds Smart Keep, cookie-banner rejection and sync for people who want to never think about it.
Will it log me out of everything?
Only from sites you haven't kept. Set a site to Keep in one tap and it's never cleaned. With Pro, Smart Keep does this for you when you sign in somewhere.
Does Tidybite collect my data?
No. Your kept sites, settings and cleanup log stay in your browser, and there are no analytics. If you buy Pro, payments are handled by ExtensionPay and Stripe. Read the privacy policy.
Why does it need permission to read all sites?
To see and delete each site's cookies and data when you close it. Tidybite doesn't read or send what's on the pages you visit. The privacy policy explains every permission.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Pro features switch off and everything else keeps working. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Can I use Pro on more than one computer?
Yes. On another computer, open Tidybite Pro, choose "Restore purchase" and confirm with the email you paid with.
How do I cancel?
In Tidybite, open Tidybite Pro and choose "Manage subscription". You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. See the terms for refunds.
I already use another cookie cleaner. Can I bring my list?
Yes. Export your site list from your old extension and use Import on Tidybite's Kept sites page.
